Easy, Breezy, Beautiful

Feeling Cover Girl? Haha! Sorry for that, the title is just fit for my dress that’s why. :)

So, here’s my third and last outfit from our Singapore tour. This outfit was really unplanned and should I say, I had a hard time putting up. Before we left I decided to pack light and buy my third outfit from SG. Well, on our shopping day I was so surprised that nothing passes my preferences! (You know that feeling when you can’t get to like something?) :(

Some of our itinerary got hit down by this shopping blues. Boo. I got really pressured because I need to get an outfit before the day ends. Soooo, guess what, I spent 3 hours at H&M just to find something I would want. And here it is:

Sunny dress with heart prints from H&M

I’ve got a sunny dress perfect for the very warm weather. It’s the most comfortable dress ever! I could dance all day with this one! Hahaha. This is one of the last few items that came across my eyes. (Just when I was about to give up!)

Don’t you just love the scenery? It’s taken from SG’s Botanical Garden. When I saw this bench under this tree, I thought of a familiar scene from a movie. (Those involving an old man/lady and their son/daughter and giving a dramatic goodbye.) Okay, I was too imaginative! But it’s really lovely isn’t it? :)

Nude bag from H&M

The heart prints on my dress. And the perfect nude bag for girly girl outfits! :)

Feather earrings from H&M

A better glimpse of the whole outfit. Very breezy right?

Well, clearly I didn’t had an organized set of outfit shots. We weren’t finished with our tour around the botanical garden and was still in search for a perfect spot for a  photo op, but the rain poured so heavy that it ruined our other plans. Sigh.

Brown oxfords from Possibility at The Ramp

So that’s it for my third outfit! :)

Tip from moi: When travelling, it is most appropriate to choose clothes according to the weather and to the culture. A little research would help before leaving. Maybe if you didn’t had the time at home you can browse the net at the airport while waiting. Travelling light and shopping your heart away is also fun because you’ll be able to get items that can’t be seen in our country. :)

The Chameleon and The Merlion

Second day outfit for our Singapore trip!

We opted for a city tour on our second day, so I went for a classy look. (Because I knew people there work with class almost everyday! I just have to blend in their sea. Haha!) Match na match lang ang title, right? :D Haha! I just come up with catchy titles whenever I’m too prepared. (Yes, I had this in my mind just before we left! Hahaha!)

I can be really flexible when it comes to styling, as you can see some of my looks can be very sweet, then classy and then a little bit of grudge the next day. That’s just how I want my style to be, like a chameleon, matching different sways! :)

Okay, enough for the blahs and on to my outfit!

I built my look around this very glamorous skirt which is now trending in the fashion industry. Mullet hem skirts are making so much of their way this season, and they are just so fab! Pair it with a simple top, right accessories and you are good to go!

Eye glasses from Landmark / Earrings from 168 mall

Mullet hem skirt and belt from Pink

To make the look really classy and structured, I paired it with this black turtle neck top. Though I made my research before we left, I failed to check the weather! Boo. I did not expect it to be that HOT in SG. So much tiis ganda for the heat and the top! Haha!

LongChamp Le Pliage bag

Yes, I took advantage of the spot for my outfit shots! Haha! Good thing tourists were not flocking the place yet! ;)

Brown oxford flats at Possibility at The Ramp

I know heels would make so much difference for this look. But knowing that we will be roaming the city and looking for places to shop, I just had to stick with my flats! It’s one of the musts when you travel.

Hope you guys liked my look! :)

Spring Meets Summer

My second-day outfit to our Singapore trip is inspired by the flowers and colors of spring. This year is my favorite Spring trend so far- all about pastels, soft and sweet colors like candies. I think I would stick long to this trend, because the colors are just so nice to look at! :)

To keep everything looking sweet and dainty, I love pairing pastels with white or something in cream. For me, white complements the softness of the colors, always looking young and vibrant! :)

Seeing the flowers on my skirt, I grabbed my floral and pearl necklace to keep the theme on track. I love love love playing with different themes! It makes different looks dramatic. :)

Skirt from  Jellybean  / Pearl bracelet from  SM Accessories

I went for this “young and vibrant” look because we had the Universal Studios on our itinerary on our first day. I knew that this theme park will relieve my childhood days so, carry on! Haha! :D

Photos taken by my Dad. He knew that I was blogging, ever supportive of taking my outfit shots! Haha! :)

Turn your Back

What’s to wear when you are travelling and about to fly?

Airport clothes ought to be the most comfortable. Well of course, with comfort, style must come! Hahaha! Since we had our flight scheduled at night, I decided to wear pants and top combo, expecting the winds to be cooler by that time. You should always remember that what you wear to the airport must be something that makes your life hassle-free. Meaning- avoiding the sounding sensor and easy to remove foot wear.

Top from Muffin Clothing at Greenhills / Pants from Pink at Greenhills

Did you expect that back detail? It’s actually the reason why I went gaga over this top. Comfort and style all-in-one!

Knowing that airports are always at its busiest and knowing that you always have your back turned to people because of endless lines, I guess tops like this will make them give you a second glimpse, even grabbing their attentions.

Tassel earrings from Bubbles

The earring was my only accessory to prevent constant removing because of the sensors.

Shoes from Shoo-In X Suki at The Ramp

I know flats are the trend if you are talking about comfort and travel, but believe me, these are the LIGHTEST heels I’ve ever worn! It’s super light and comfortable!

Meet my airport buddies! :)

I’m sharing more of our trip to Singapore on my next posts! Please do watch out for it! :)

Happy Heart

Here’s what I wore to a day full of love:

I have been preserving this outfit for the longest time just for this occasion. I do have the habit of preserving clothes for special events and dates. I have tons of outfits all in my mind figured out. When occasions come near, it makes me feel all intensely excited! Haha! :)

So, what would a girl like me wear on Valentines Day?

Something red and lovely, of course. Something that would remind people that this is indeed a special day all for love!

I just wanted everything to be red! This earring is not only red but it also makes sense for this day! Don’t you think? Red lippie just like mine. :D

Earrings from Bangkok

I fell in love with this top the first time I saw it. Who would not? It’s just perfect for this day! Plus, I have a thing for heart-printed tops, so imagine the excitement on my face when I first saw this! Plus the details, it’s so rich!

Top (old) from Pink

Bags like these make everything stylish and sleek! Plus, it’s so lightweight! This would definitely be perfect for dates. Less hassle. You just have to pick carefully what stuffs to bring, such as, for me -phone, camera, powder, blush, lippie and moolah!

Bag from Riot

This brogues will always be a favorite! I can pair it with anything. Its style is very classy.

You can share with me your thoughts and even what you had yourself on Valentines Day! G! :)

A Cup of Coffee

Upper East Side was my theme for the day! It was actually a mixture of Lauren Conrad and Serena Van der Woodsen. This is what I wore when my sweetie and I went out for a date. We just actually bought gifts for our dearest loved ones, so I went for a laid back look. :)

The formula: Loose polo + A-line skirts + Brogues

Polo from Pink, skirt from People are People

Serena-inspired earrings. I just love how this earrings make so much statement!

Earrings from Chick Flick, visit their site at multiply!

Cute owl ring from Tomato
